MY TENT IS ALREADY PITCHED

When the campsite opens, our crew awaits you every day between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. for check-in, questions, conversations and check-out. Indicating your arrival date helps us to plan the work of the reception team well.

In order to enable you a smooth check-out, we need your departure date.

At this event, parking is possible next to the tent or a parking lot is set up for our guests in the iAt this event, vehicles up to 3.5t can be parked next to the tent or a parking lot will be set up for our guests in the immediate vicinity of our camp. Please indicate whether you will be arriving by car so that the relevant area can be registered with the organizer. You can add this information in the 'Licence number' field in the order overview that you receive with your order confirmation.

Please note: The option of parking the vehicle next to the tent is not part of our rental offer and is therefore not a mandatory part of our service! The option is granted by the organizer and depends on various criteria, such as whether the area is accessible due to the weather conditions or the level of filling, etc.
Please also note that the freedom of movement of the vehicles during the event period may be restricted by the organizer's specifications.

We open our mobile hotel for you in the REGULAR CAMPING. Where possible, we set up short distances to the infield, to other services and to the sanitary facilities.

To make our offers clear for you, you can choose between the categories Camping or Glamping.

Within the Camping selection you will find the right tent, whether you are traveling alone or in large groups, and a wide range of possible accessories.

If you like it a little more advanced, choose the Glamping category. There you will not only find the exclusive Nightliner Hotel but also special tents with high-quality, hotel-like interiors.

The recommendation for your accommodation depends on the group size, the camping area and the selected level of comfort. The tent size and the equipment details are automatically adjusted to the corresponding number of people.
