MY TENT IS ALREADY PITCHED

When the campsite opens, our crew awaits you every day between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. for check-in, questions, conversations and check-out. Indicating your arrival date helps us to plan the work of the reception team well.

In order to enable you a smooth check-out, we need your departure date.

The parking areas are separated from the camping area. Please follow the site plan or follow the instructions of the traffic staff to find a parking space for your vehicle.

We open our mobile hotel for you in the GREEN CAMPING AREA. Where possible, we set up short distances to the infield, to other services and to the sanitary facilities.

Anyone who chooses a product for collection and self-assembly also determines the location for collection and return of the tent when selecting the overnight area:

• GREEN CAMP: Pick up/return at the reception of mein-zelt-steht-schon.
  
• REGULAR CAMPING: Pick up/return at the frontdesk of SafeBOXen.
  
  

  
  

The recommendation for your accommodation depends on the group size, the camping area and the selected level of comfort. The tent size and the equipment details are automatically adjusted to the corresponding number of people.

Would you like the accommodation to be spacious and fully equipped? Or do you just need a simple roof over your head after a long night of partying? You have the choice!

Tents booked for pick up and self-assembly are handed out either at the mzss reception or at the SafeBOxen counter. Please note the following regulations for Southside:

Anyone who chooses a product for collection and self-assembly can either pick it up at the mzss reception or at the SafeBOxen counter and return it there after the event. If you don't bring your tent back, we have to keep the deposit!
